The Youth Skill Program targets youth who are in need of educational services in order to help them cope with life.
The program offers needs assessments and conducts classes for youth who require education in specific areas such as self-esteem, anger management, stress reduction, social skills, and goal setting, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
Currently these sessions are only offered in person,but we hope to offer online workshops soon. A group of at least 5 youth is required unless you are paying for individual life coaching services. Workshops and classes are subjected to cancellation should there be a lack of attendees.

Option #1 -100% Free Life Skills Educational Materials
We offer a completely free Life Skills Education Curriculum Manual as well as FREE life skills educational materials for those who can not afford our other program options. Materials and topics vary based on availability and include stress reduction and anger manaagement. We hope in the future to be able to offer some free online workshops
Option #2: ARISE LIFE SKILLS PROGRAM: Indivual Life Skills by topic
The ARISE Evidence-Based life skills curricula and staff training programs have been evaluated in several independent evidence-based studies. There are significant improvements in youth's empathy and violence-related aggressive behavior as well as significant improvement in staff attitude toward youth and documented altercations. ARISE life skills program has been used in residential facilities, detention centers, Adult Prisons and probation services throughout the USA. This Curriculum teaches core

This program is the lower cost of our 2 programs as individual workshops by topic are available. The cost of each workshop/class varies but is between $20 and 50$ per workshop, which includes all program materials and workbooks

Classes and workshops will be offered at public places, or individual organizations such as schools, churches, or other community providers can request we do a workshop for them. In addition these programs are offered in home for families of 5 and more.

Option #3: Botvin Life Skills Programs for Middle, High School, or YA
